The function PrintMoreText solely returns the more-text defined in the base setup. The more-text is the text, which is used – for instance – in article overviews defined by the template function "PrintCategoryArticles", after the subtitle resp. the article summary, for the link to the actual article. Thereto on many websites the text "More", "Next" or an arrow a. o. is used.

Usually the function "PrintMoreText" is called by micro templates in connection with the function "PrintCategoryArticles" a. o.
