Transmission IntervalThe actual processing of the uplink and downkink ports takes place in the so-called spooler. The spooler is a programme module which should be executed regularly in the background and which takes on general tasks of administration and clearing out. Among other things the spooler is also responsible for processing the uplink and downlink ports. If the spooler is not installed or is not installed correctly and completely, the uplink and downlink ports are not executed completely or executed at all and will not operate as desired. The interval in which article texts are transmitted per uplink and downlink port is dependent from the interval in which the spooler is started. We recommend an interval between 5 and 60 minutes (See also the installation chapter about the spooler). Continue to recommend this article: |
