Portalsuite Indexing Strategy

In order to achieve an optimal indexing and positioning of websites in search engines, one should know have some knowledge about them and understand by algorithms they operate.

Therefore we would like to cater to indexing methods and the resulting strategies in this paragraph. But unfortunately this is possible in general only. The way of indexing is only basically the same, each search engines differs by much from others regarding the details. Whereas indexing methods are more or less well documented in the majority of cases, the indexing and sorting order of search engines is often the search engine carrier’s skeleton in the cupboard.

But, you as website or portal carrier have a legitimate interest of getting onto the first rank, better onto several prior ranks in front of your competitors. Normally you want to appear on as many pages as possible with as many catchwords and search items.

Consequently one has to use some of those „dumpy methods” to get a highlighted positioning. Who registers only one page, will hardly be successful. In the end it is not illegal to place a company website or a branch portal including several hundreds or even thousands of pages on the internet, since those pages contain different and relevant information, and to let those pages be registered and indexed in search engines. In practice one would normally not do this with a classic HTML tool, but with more or less sound registration tools, or one prepares the most important pages for search engines only, since it is really a lot of manual work.
