At first you should confirm that the rewriting rules are activated and work properly ! To do so, choose different articles and categories of your website and watch the URL and status indicator of your browser.

In case certain search engines are especially important to you, you can search for further special meta tags on these engines and deposit those tags manually into the HTML head area of your templates.
