Price and licensing informationRecommended sales prices, information on distribution and licensing procedure The Portalsuite 2002 is available in our online shop at the recommended sales prices. Furthermore the Portalsuite 2002 is vended by our partners and vendors. Our partners and vendors are not bonded to sales prices in pricing. Some of our partners and vendors have assumed our recommended sales prices, some underbid those and others bundled our product together with their own products to interesting packages. Normally the Portalsuite 2002 is always licensed for particular periods, alternatively 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, by electronic activation codes (licence keys) which are adjusted to your server. The licence fee becomes completely due in advance for the chosen period. Moreover partners and vendors have the option to pay the licence fee monthly. One should purchase a new key before expiration of licence termtime in order to renew the licence (otherwise the website will be downgraded to the Light version again which could result in loss of functionality and errors on the website as the case may be). In addition we offer annual licence key subscriptions, which are automatically renewed - and in this case you will receive a new licence key automatically 2 weeks before expiration. You can download and install all available updates including bug fixes, new features a. s. o. at any time during termtime of the licence key for free. Thus you take benefit from continuous advancement. We also provide purchase-versions upon request, in this case only a singular purchase price becomes due. But, the purchase-versions have to be applied by a dedicated installation and cannot be mixed with normal licence keys (yet, an installation on the same physical server is possible). All updates, in which only the sub version- number has changed, are included in the purchase price. Updates with changed main or generation version-number are excluded from the purchase price. All prices in the following are declared each net (for companies in Germany, for companies in the EU with tax number and for international customers) as well as incl. legal VAT (currently 16 %, for non-companies and customers from the EU without tax number) and as monthly price (the due price depends on the chosen termtime of the licence key).
