ScreenshotsSeveral screenshots from the Portalsuite 2002 Reseller Center: You administer your websites and portals in the Reseller Center, in so far as you want to operate more than one website with your Portalsuite installation, as well as licence keys and global settings. The dialog for applying a new website is visible above. Content Manager: The advanced article search. Search your article data by criteria like category, release period, release or any words (full-text search). The results can be sorted by different criteria. The result is shown in the frame on the left, the search dialog is paused in the middle. Thus changes in the search settings can be done comfortable and fast. By choosing an article from the search result this article can be edited in the article text editor. A comfortable editor with WYSIWYG functionality is available in the Internet Explorer. Positioning, additional catchwords, release period a. o. are defined by several, for the most part optional, settings independent from available authorizations. You administer not only pictures, but also videos, sounds and all other data files like – for instance – Powerpoint-presentations, PDF-files etc. in the media archive of the Content Manager. A user administration with differentiated authorization allocations is available in the Administration Center. From the Advanced version on authorizations can be set and allocated very detailed per user and additionally also per group. Admin Center: The category editor allows to administer and edit any desired number of categories in up to 16 levels. The category tree is displayed on the left – The order as well as the level can be altered any time by the arrow keys (without reload !). Single category information can be edited in the frame in the middle (e. g.: renaming etc.). Admin Center. You administer stylesheets, which define typography, fonts and their formatting, in the stylesheet editor. Admin Center: You administer and edit your HTML templates in the template editor (visible here in the Advanced version). The Portalsuite-functions, which then insert contents from the data base (e. g.: a text) on the portal are functions in the php language (we marked them yellow in this screen shoot). Admin Center: The EasyBuilder allows to generate templates and stylesheets within minutes on the basis of included stylesheets. In this way you can create fully operational websites in a few minutes.
